Email help

I am looking for an email address in which to email Honda Motor Corp regarding my wife's 2014 CRV but cannot find anything. Can anybody help? Please.

Customer Service - Official Honda Web Site

Looks like they use phone, fax, snail mail, and Twitter.

What's wrong with the CRV?

She has a 2014 CRV and has done this since day one. Whenever the car sits over night in freezing temps, it grinds at first start up. Granted it doesn't do it for the rest of the day; only the initial start of a freezing morning but for $30,000 - it is unacceptable.

This is not her CRV but it does the same thing and apparently this is a common problem Honda is refusing to acknowledge.

The noise in the video sounds like the VTC actuator rattling, and it is a known issue.

I have seen info saying that when sufficient quantities of improved replacement parts are available, Honda will release an updated service information bulletin addressing the issue.

(Hopefully before the end of March)
I'd expect that once the parts reach the dealers there may be a wait to get it done, as there are numerous people waiting for this to be resolved.
