Cracked winshield replacement

Cracked windshield replacement
My Vivid Blue Sport Fit has a broken windshield. It's too bad to repair. The crack runs horizontally, just below the drivers sun shade.
I have tried to find a local installer that can locate a new windshield with no success.
I live in Alberta, Canada.
Could someone help me find a Honda experienced installer and a new windshield at a reasonable price? I believe that arms the Honda Dealer farms this job out.
The 2005 Jazz manual shows how to replace it, but it appears to be a very fussy job. They have to remove part of the headlining and there is a chance of scratching the dash.
BTW
(I had a bad experience with the windshield replacement on our 2005 Chrysler Van. It sits shallow in one corner, and black sealer has oozed onto the paint finish. Also I had to redo the windshield wipers to correct a rubbing noise near the motor.
Thanks for any help with this problem,

My windshield broke this summer and the glass company had to buy the windshield through Honda because no one else is making it just yet. It also took 2 weeks to arrive. It's cost about $500 for just the glass but my insurance paid most of it, I only paid $100. Maybe you can go that route. Good luck!
