Driver Inflator Recall Completed - 2013 Fit
218 days from the recall announcement to the installation of a replacement inflator in my Fit. I was patient and hadn't requested a rental car but 6 months was more than sufficient time to get my airbag repaired. I called customer service and insisted on speaking with a supervisor regarding the recall delay. While a supervisor never did return my call, I did receive the recalled part.
I've owned my Fit four years and with the exception of the airbag recall been completely satisfied. I would purchase another Honda product as long as the first character of the VIN was “J”.
