Fuel Indicator stuck at "F"
#21
I get readings of around 100 at 3/4, 200 at 1/2 and around 320 when it approaches empty.
It is true that it takes time for the needle to leave the full position, but this is normal. Some gauges on other vehicles compensate by having a larger gap between full and 3/4 rather than "stalling" the needle.
It is true that you still have fuel when you are on "empty." It is a "reserve tank" for those who can't or don't want to stop to fill up.
