HondaLink stopped working. What do I do?

HondaLink stopped working. What do I do?

Hello,

I have a 2015 Fit EX and love it, especially since it connects with my android phone (Samsung Galaxy S7) to play my tunes. Recently, the bluetooth function of HondaLink stopped connecting to my phone. I've deduced it is HondaLink and not the phone. It can't find my phone signal (eventhough the device is listed under known devices). I've triple checked that the bluetooth on both devices is on and *searching* for the others.

Someone told me to do a factory reboot of the HondaLink system by depressing the power button and waiting for the "Reboot: Yes No" script to appear. I tried this and the script does not appear. I can't reboot.

Question: What do I do now? Is there another way to reboot? Will rebooting solve the problem? Will I have to spend a lot of money to fix this?
