2002 Miata in Minneapolis - loaded, excellent, not kidding

Nearly perfect 2002 Miata LS. Babied and overmaintained, all records since new. 44k miles. Color is emerald green mica. Baby forces sale.
Antilock brakes. 6-speed. Torsen limited slip.
Tires have about 10k, they are performance summer. Not all seasons. Battery is 1 year old Westco Miata type. Spare tire has never been down. Paint is nearly perfect. Always adult owned. This car has no repair history, only maintenance. All records available on request, I have the maintenance in Excel format. No pets. Tabs good until April 2013.
Previous owner was a bored retiree and added some accessories: "M" badging, glovebox badge, chrome washer jet covers, tire valve caps, mesh grille, Italian-sound air horn, K&N filter, and a Racing Beat exhaust which actually sounds very classic.
JVC radio has iPod USB input, aux in, HD radio, and can accept Bluetooth and satellite radio modules. All Bose speakers and amps are in place.
For honesty's sake, here are the negative points. Driver's seat shows wear (Mazda leather is cheap). There is a nick in the glovebox (see pics). The previous bored owner also painted the calipers red but they are now flaking.
It has been driven enthusiastically but respectfully. Not going to lie. Yes, the car has been driven in the rain, but always garaged.

Considering the condition, value-added accessories, and complete records, I'm not embarrassed saying this is the nicest 2002 I have ever seen.
Test drives with proof of insurance only. I can't allow test drives for new or unskilled stick shift drivers. This transmission is a precision unit by Aisin and not tolerant of sloppy shifting. Bring a skilled friend.

Thats a beautiful NB. Unmolested goodness! I had a NA but sold it for the fit. GLWS!
