Yep, it's all for fun, i wanted to get my good buddy into it and I think he'd have fun modding his civic.. going to the drags will make him excited, especially if he gets to race his friend.

K20 would be nice, but if I did anything I would probably go with a turbo... always wanted one.. love that blow off valve sound

lol, if I had the time, money and garage space I would totally go with the JR 5psi Supercharger.

To be honest I would feel more comfortable with the 5psi, I know I would be off to the track all the time and I don't know if the poor Fit engine could handle long term boosted punishment. I would probably also want to dump a 3-row rad into it, high flow water pump and vented hood too to try and extend the life.

The other major thing is, if I ever move back to Van the 5psi will pass the smog regulations and the 10psi won't.

I want the T1R turbo w/ intercooler...might change out the BOV to a nicer "pssshhh" sound instead of the usual turkey gobble...if thats what it sounds like...but then I wanna get a new car in 2 years or so...so I can't justify the turbo no more

Well Im taking full advantage of living at home hahahaha so I'm milking this baby to the bitter end...no 'commitment' right now but a steady relationshiip so I don't need my own place just yet...that and I have my Fit and some good internship money coming my way, so my options are open to a few things. I'm looking at the low end Merc, BMW and Audi's...but things will change in 2 years, so we will have to see...yeah won't be making any changes for at least 2 years...

Good for you, sounds like a well thought out plan
I am in a similar situation, me and the GF are mov'n into our new Condo around Sept. We are going to keep it for 2 years or so before we flip it and buy a house.... but we only have one parking spot until then!!

lol, I have my eye on a G35 Coupe or the BMW 335i to fill a second parking spot But who knows, still a long time away

Yeah I was looking at a G35 coupe as well, probably used, my parents G35x is really nice to drive. The G36 should be coming out soon, that will be aweeeeesome!! BTW The 3.5L TT Bimmer engine is FREAKIN AMAZING! I got to test it in the 535i, mannn that thing is FAST! Brakes are good too I wish I had a video of my friend driving the ML500 into 8 cones during that BMW test drive hahaha...freaked the crap out of me, but I couldn't stop laughing either!

hey guys, the bench racing is bringing back some goooodddddd memories..
so how about the new 2008 accord coupe, 300hp, 262ftlbs of tourque, a nice little 6 speed, black on black, ful load, 19" wheels 1.5" drop all around..maybe hit 5.5 to 60...kinda thinking will give many more expensive cars a very good run for the money!! maybe euros r not (f) it any longer??? thoughts?

I like the look of the Accord, low down and damn aggressive! Thing is a power house too! My dealer told me they are planning to have them in stock near the end of Aug. When I get my oil changed next I want to have a close look at it . Maybe a 335i/G35 fighter?

The wife forgot to mention that we had a BBQ at our new place so I had to man the fire until 11pm

next week we will see if we can set something up again.
