Quite the learning experience. Happy I was able to utilize the stock mounts to help hold the skirt on there. I can definitely give you a hand if you want.

Yup, can definitely give you a hand. Have you opened up the package yet? If you have, can you take some pics of the skirts especially the back side so I can see how they plan on mounting them?

Couple ways to do it depending on fitment and alignment of existing mounts.
You'll end up drilling one or two holes for screws in your fender area for sure. The double sided tape will adhere that lip to the crack between the door and the body. There is enough clearance there for the door to open properly if it fits right. That should do it, however, if you want added protection, you can make some holes on the bottom and mount two or three of the brackets on the bottom that hold the stock skirts in place which is what I had to do. No double sided tape on that lip at the top for me.
