Just recently, whenever I tried starting the car after work, which is parked in an underground parkade, the steering would lockup and the warning light comes on. Easy fix, just restart the car and the problem goes away.

But it is getting annoying, the same thing would happen almost everyday. It had only happened once when I left home for work, and never ever when I was out. I have searched the net and came up with this:

So looks like I'm not the only one, but the problem just isn't frequent enough to be experienced by every owner. Just giving a heads up to everyone, I can live with it right now 'cause I am sure the dealer wouldn't have a fix for it.

 

hmm this hasn't happened to me but i'm interested since other people are having this problem too in the link you posted.
