any locals use this site?

Anyone here use this HID Kit retailer, cartoka.com ? Are HID made in Korea any better than made in China? Is there a particular brand or country of manufacturing that is better than all others?

Was told that the temp of the bulb determined the colour. Is this true? What temp do I need to have blue or purple HID's?

TIA

Pizza there is a good chance you will get pulled over if you have blue or purple HIDS. Especially in Richmond. If youw ant to take the chance then go with 8000k 10000k or 12000k. If you want a nice bright white go with 4300k, or 6000k for a WHITE BLUE light. anything over 8000 is blue then purple.

As for brand names and such can't help you there. I would personally prefer something made in Japan over something made in China.

i dunno how much you can get yours for, but if you want mtec, i think i can get them for about $330+ shipping, possibly cheeper

I think AJR has a decent kit for under $200 as well.
