My quick thoughts while driving back from Whistler after dark. Crazy. I honestly think that is the best death trap in the world. It was snowing tonight which then turned to rain and then past Squamish there's all those cones for construction. I think the only thing i was happy about todays little outing is my fit is in the garage and so if i was going to slide off the mountainside, i'd only destroy my life and my gf's and her '06 corolla.

Has anyone else enjoyed this drive as much as i did? Highbeams solved my problem when there wasn't a car ahead of me but its still nasty that first bit past whistler before squamish (sp).

 

We don't call it the "Sea to Die" highway for nothing. It's horrible at night. But in the daytime it's an amazing drive

 

Maybe we can organize a cruise up to whistler this summer!
