its been a while but here is an update....
ICBC ruled it as 50/50, but the other guy wassnt pleased to hear that so he lawyered up. now i have no idea what to do. i'm not pleased with the outcome but i had 2 witnesses saying it was a red light that he ran. now here is the thing, should i get a lawyer or should i just appeal and see where it goes?
