LF black hood/trunk

prolly no one but...

Anyone got a black hood/trunk they like trade? i have a taffeta white hood/trunk. i like the 2 tone look. my hood/trunk is cherry 9/10 condition.

i would go to a sign shop and vinyl wrap them, cheaper and good in case you change your mind.. looks pretty good too

i kinda thought about that but i figured it might get kinda pricey plus i would be worried about the residue it might leave if it were to ever get scratched and i had to replace it...

really good idea though and its still in the back of my mind.

just do the vinyl. i dont think you realize how much of a pain in the ass it is to fish through the wiring harness into the new hatch.

i REAAAALLy dont know if he vinyls cars but i know someone that has a sign shop called ACTIVE Sign Company... i think its more vinyl decals. though...

i just saw an ad for RaceFactory and they got CF vinyl sheets. im debating if i should wrap my lip with it.

wow cf sheets? is it fake looking carbon? i can't imagine real carbon on a vinyl sheet... sounds interesting..... lmk the results.

I think it would be hard to find someone to trade, u should take it to walkers paint and auto body shop

its fake. its simulated to look like CF. up close its obvious its vinyl but from far looks like CF. but i really dont know what route im going. i think i might just keep it OEM. J's lip is an option but my front is too low and not really practical. i know i will scrape the lip, ga-ran-tee. even if i snake a driveway. dont wanna crack a $500 lip!
