mine came in today and i was so excited!

opened it up took apart my tails ready for the swap and found this on the first lights I unwrapped..



I'm honestly not going to be bugged too much by it because the chipped piece is still inside and I can put it back on with ease.. All the items came superbly wrapped too! I guess I was just one of the unlucky ones

EDIT: If you're saying to yourself DAMN that sucks. get ready to say it twice! This was the opening of my other headlight..



TRIED TO PUT THE THINGS BACK TOGETHER.. (with the help of red sharpie. red vinyl tape. E6000 bonding agent)

Oh hell no !!! I hope u are not settling for less and staying with those like that!!! That really sucks and if mine come like that , I will not be a happy camper ! Talk and see if u get another set! These things weren't that cheap for u to settle for less ! >

 

Wtf? Dude I'd be pissed too. How can it be damaged if it was wrapped oh so nicely? You should talk to pawnson and see what could be done. That realty sucks though. I hope that's not the case for me or anyone else.

Good thing you took pics of the light. Send them to Panson and he will guide you through what you need to do. You have to send them back. YES that means you have to wait longer for your lights but the next pair (Hopefully) wont be broken. If you read through the other GB's for these lights a couple other people had the same problem. Send the photos to panson and he will get you another set of lights for no charge.
On other words, dude that really blows. I was hoping that that was the only chip till I scrolled down and saw that big @$$ gap in the light. Holy crap. Do they not look at the lights before they wrap them??? I mean this could all be fixed if they paid attention to detail. :/
But hope you like your lights, take some pics of them on the car! So far no LED bulbs have burnt out. Praying none do for a while. Otherwise I might settle for the Spec D ones if these start crapping out on me.

 

well mine say its out on delivery today but havent received nothing yet and my mail lady already came once ;( got i hope they are in one piece

 

Well even though I gave them my job address the tails ended up at my house! So excited to get home now !

 

That really sucks bro. I also received mine in today. I opened them to check the condition and they were perfect. There's no scratches or cracks.. but they were bubble wrapped and had phone books.. I'm just glad I didn't get one that was cracked... but it really sucks that it has to happen to one of u guys..

Yea I did. It was in a small zip lock bag separated from the lights. The turn signals must be spliced. That's the part I was stuck on.

 

Bahahahahahahaha! What!? You had to splice yours???!!! No way!? Get out of here, really?! Your lights were flawed then my friend. If there was no plug for your turn sigs then yea you got a bad pair too. There should be a plug on the turn sigs that plug into the USDM plug for them. The only thing you must convert over is the reverse light which is easy peezy. Now the only thing I had trouble on and was going through fuses like no other (3 boxes of 5 fuses for "Hazzard Lights") was because I pinched one of the wires on the bolt on the tails and it was grounding out my car. :/ lol good thing my friend helped me or I was going to tow it to the dealership to see what I needed. But yea no splicing is needed guys. You should all have plugs for the turn sigs. (Not in a seperate bag but on the wire already)
Yea my lights came bubble wrapped with a couple sheets of brown paper and 2 1980 something magazines. ....? who has magazines from way back then still??? Both of random topics. I think one was like sports illustrated with bikini chicks in it (Non looking the least attractive, the clothing back then made women look ugry) and the other had a few cars and watches in it. I through them out with the box but yea thats my experience.
Please share what was in your boxes lol I am very curious what yall got. Its like fishing story time to see who caught what bahahahaha.
