Upon closer inspection it looks like he has prostetic legs cause his other leg look too rubbery and not hairy like most guys legs.

I can believe it sorta, during some of the bullfights there have been cases where the bull has cut the cheek of the bullfighter and it just flaps around, *sorry for the image if it bothers you*
