ok so i see alot of people with these anamated avatars and i cant load one thay all keep saying file is too big iv tryed all of them and nothing works. iv even tryed the ones alot of other people have on this site and there not working for me but thay work for them?! is there a way to convert it to a smaller file format?

yea thats the only semi O-K one i could find that would work, but there are alot that i dont know how people have like JDMchris the ones he has are like 600kb. and the one that ray used to have with the lego guy getting his head choped off with the floppy drive. how do you shrink those? or can mods make it so thay can have bigger ones?
