LMAOOO that looks hilarious! At first i thought it was a fit converted to allow handicapped drivers drive the car (u know w/ like the motorcycle handlebars for throttle n brakes) but obviously i was wrong.

are you sure it's p-shopped? there is no rear tire on the other side either! and it all looks tilted. i can't imagine whatever for...

Its been posted all over. Its a drivers course. How to control a car thats "out of control."
The wheels are locked until the teacher hits a button/switch. The wheels unlock sending the car into a spin. You must control the car to a stop.

What I find weird is that theres no one driving. Unless its just parked there for the next student.

Wow, very cool! I'd love to try that. Heck, I'll just go pop my rear tires off and grab a couple walmart baskets!
