it's hard to choose what noobs though
i like spreading it to the noobs with atleast 1-2 rep power
just to know that they are staying around
i don't want my rep to go to waste

honestly i never use it. its like ebay. some people leave good feedbacks, and then all of a sudden bam people get scammed regardless of their feedback. people will go nice nice for a few weeks/months waiting for the big score, and capitalize on it. I lost out of $2k. not saying it will happen here, but it does happen every board i have been on.
