Rep Points..does anybody really care about them?

Well I pulled my posts out of your club thread to appease the "high rollers" and hopefully avoid getting neg repped.
I don't know, this whole "high roller" club is starting to divide all the members by drawing lines in the sand and now with a clear position of power it is starting to get out of control... all the blaming and talk of punishment, can't we all just be friends again?

I think that is the way it should be, if somebody comes on and starts being an offensive jerk to everybody... he/she gets neg-repped and everybody can see right away they have been a dick at some point.
Neg repping somebody just because especially when you have an obvious position of power over them is practically the same as being a bully.
As far as positive repping goes, despite my score I always rep people for good advice.
Sure I have repped most people in this thread, but it was in good spirits and it is generally well received. It builds comradely between members... the "baller club" while it was a good intentioned idea is the opposite of everything the rep system has come to be on FF. It is selfish and creates negitive vibes between members.

Late for work today...
