plus, if you manage to still get a ticket, I always choose to fight it, and then deffer the court data as much as possible, it will then give you more of a chance for the PoPo to forget or lose his material or something to happen for it to get dismissed or something.

Here in Norway there was a few insurance companies that startet up about a year ago that promised they would pay your ticket if you become a "member of their club". The system is like this: you pay a monthly membership to the "insurrance company", if you get a ticket you have to pay it yourself, but send the reciept to the insurrance company and they may refund it.

After a few month they had got some members (or fools I would say), and the members got a ticket and sendt the reciept to the insurranse company. But they did not get anything back. Some tried to contact the company with no result. Some did get in contact, but no one did get their ticket refunded. Some members was able to get the membership fee back. Some other tried to sue the insurance company, but did not get any way with that either because at that time the insurance company was broke and desolved

But this system I think is like paying a insurrance so you can do something wrong and let somebody else go to jail...
But to sue this company is riduculus, it is like when a thief is been robbed by another thief and the first one sues the other one because of the robbery...

I was stopped after being the 5th car to cross the RailRoad tracks when the arms were down. The police hits the lights and pulled me over. There was no train in sight and 4 other cars in front of me did the same thing yet I was the only one he stopped. Anyway, he told me the fine for this was $150.00 - I said OMG - I knew this was stupid but I did not know it was against the law! He cracked up laughing and told me to go on - no ticket -
