CREATINE supplements... Weight Lifting

What are good supplements other than Creatine for weight lifting. I was on Chromium Piccolinate, L-Argenine, and Creatine at one point...

Seems as though I 've reach my plateu...

when you reach the plateau you have to start using anabolic steroids. just kidding haha.

i don't know too much about body-building but my friend who's pretty into it was taking creatine like you. i think that was the main supplement he took too, but i'll ask him and update you if he gives me any useful info.

when i used to work out a lot, i used SAN V12. it pretty much good for anything that i did when i used it. i could run miles non-stop, lift heavier weights with more reps, less break time period.

Branched amino acids, glutamine, whey protein, multivitamin, and a maltodextrin type of carb powder for after workout. That is a pretty good base.

I use whey, aminos, glutamine, hardcore multi, animal stacker, and 1ad. I started taking 1ad when i hit my flat back 5 yrs ago in HS.

Pfft now you guys tell me! To late now. Bastards. JK Messed up my back on the gym this past Tuesday night and I'm still not all there. Just hope I can rest up enough to go to the meet tomorrow.

oh and on topic; protein, glutamine, and creatine are the holy trinity. well, i guess carbs are ok too.
