Going Back to School =(
If you go to any standard 2 or 4 year school expect to take lots of gen ed courses. I'm a History B.A. major and out of the 122ish credits needed to graduate from my university, only about 40 of them are in History. At my university as a History B.A. (not for teaching) you also have to take a minor so that's another 18 credits. Everything else is electives and gen ed courses. Don't worry though they're not too bad and you only usually need 2 classes of each.
tha's why i love GEs (Gen Ed. not GE8s haha)
I'm a mechanical engineering major, so most of my classes have like 2 girls.
now im in philosophy this qtr. and its like 75% girls. Jackpot!
Advice: don't forget what you learned in high school. Some of it actually comes back to haunt you if you forget it.

I still got 3 or so liberal studies to get out of the way. Philosophy sounds right up my alley XD
OK I have a question. Has anyone heard or done dual enrollment. This is when you do college classes while still being in high school. If anyone has done this, how is it? Is it worth it?

not in my school, BUT, we do have classes called AP, or advanced placement, where you go to class and you study real hard for a semester, take a fat ass test at the end of the semester with a fee from 80 to 120 and if you pass that test, you earn those credits automaticly in college, one less class off your mind.
Yea I took one class back in HS, it nice if you don't have a busy life. and plus get you a head in College and prepare you too...there is another thing call Middle College is where you go to Jr. College and get credit for both HS and College classes, but I wouldn't recommend it b/c you lose the whole HS feeling and fun stuff in HS when going to middle college. And it for student who hate HS....
mechanical engineering can get more then just working at car manufacturer!!!! You can be working with civil engineer, aero-space engineer, environmental engineer, and a lot more....then just a car manufacturer
YOU CANT ESCAPE US MWAHAHAHAHA
also, fcuk Physics II. I hardly get any of this electrical crap.

More specifically, Mechanical Engineering, then go to an automotive technical school afterwards.
At least, that's my course of action. Lots of math >_<
yeah. ME is pretty broad, you can do a lot with it. I'm planning to do something in the automotive industry. The math can be killer though! I have a midterm in Linear Analysis tomorrow. Wish me luck. I'll be studyin all day.
