i dont take it as bad news that all these corporations are going bankrupt. sometimes the big trees have to burn down so the small trees can get some sunshine too.

I was hired by a local hospital to work in the office of a cardiologist. They needed him to get their cath lab up and running. He is 66 and decided to retire at the end of December. There are only two of us left and we have no guarantee from the hospital that they will find us a position. Really bad time to be unemployed. I just hope things will start turning around soon or we are all going to be in trouble.

I was in a Circuit City today.
I was going to BestBuy to buy an amp for my Dubwagon. I saw people holding signs saying the CC was having 30% off retail.

I went in. WOW! Every register was open (6) and there was at least 50 people in line per register.
I didnt get an amp as everything they had was floor models with no boxes.
I should have got a damn HD TV though. :-/

Ohhwell. Ill wait for Bestbuy to go under.

Man with every single industry going under there will only be two things left soon; prostitution and tax collectors.

Hooray for the return of the middle ages...

I picked up a Sony Blu-ray player for 20% off there today, so works for me. People losing their jobs is not a cool thing, but can't be helped some times.
