What else are you into?
We all know that everyone here is into cars in one way or another.
I'm interested in the other things people are into. Anybody got any intersting hobbies? Play any sports? Listen to certain music?

So wrong, and yet so funny^^ I'm into guns, worked in a shop for ten years before accidentally discovering the meaning of life as a building engineer. I had thirty some-odd when i was still at the store every day, but that has been whittled down to nineteen survivors which I will be buried with (and I don't mean that in the Charlton Heston way either) I have an enormous collection of unbuilt plastic car models that i will get around to building 100 years from now. I read too much and my basement full of car-parts and books is a testament to my inabilty to walk past a used book store. And I have a minor fascination with any type of auto related tools too....

It probably goes basketball and then football for me. Football really is king in Texas and I enjoy it, but basketball will always be my go to sport for Baylor. Friday Night Lights is based off of a small town out in West Texas, so it's not so hardcore where I'm from. The tv show Friday Night Lights is a great show. You don't even have to enjoy football to like it. It's really well made.

Even though I'm 45, I still love First-Person Shooter PC games - and building computers to play them on.
Also, one-hand-opening pocketknives - the Spyderco Rock Lobster is my next purchase.
Spy novels. Actually, good books of many kinds...
Tread designs - I don't know why, but I've always been fascinated by them and the way they wear, on everything from bicycles to motorcycles to cars & trucks. Even loved trying out different skateboard wheels when I was a little younger (into my mid 30s, in fact!).
World Rally Championship. Most intense driving in the world. Nuff' said.
I used to be hugely into Radio-Control cars, had about 15 of 'em. Front-drive, rear-drive, belt and shaft driven AWD on-road cars. RWD stadium trucks, RWD short-course trucks, and a huge twin-motored 4WD monster truck. A few thousand dollars worth, all ruined in an apartment complex fire. I'm probably not getting back into it.
For music, I worked at a couple of music stores in the past and built up a nice collection - the CD cases are ruined (see above) but I'm going to transfer them all onto a huge external drive someday...

Badminton - been playing for about 7 years now.
Anime - usually mecha, as I have a thing for robots. Even more so if they transform.
Plastic model-making - usually Gundam models, but I've also tried airplanes and cars.
Computers - I have an old Emachines T5026 rig here donated by my uncle from SoCal; I'm planning to strip its innards and make my first custom-built rig out of it.
Drumming - I'm a really frustrated drummer.
Working out - kind of on-and-off for me but I like it.
Formula 1 - been watching since the 1998 Monaco GP.
V8 Supercars - probably the most entertaining race series yet.
