Yeah I definitely noticed how sharply it stopped too, almost to the point of being too abrupt. As the brake pads wear, I'm sure it will be very smooth. I'm jealous of the 4 disc brakes.

No such things as too abrupt! lol It takes a little bit to get used to. ABS isn't as jumpy to kick in as it was with the GE either. I'm probably going to see about going to a meatier pad and some slotted rotors to get a little more out of it. I don't really need a BB kit unless I get some much wider tires on there.

Just something I stumbled across earlier. Maybe 4 years or so from now...

Hahahah Subie you know me. I gotta be unique! It's nice to just drop the windows and roll. Wish it had a sun roof but that's about all I would add personally right now.

Cool, at least you got a decent tab out of it. But I know that dent on your psyche will linger a bit longer... Well at least you have that new toy and new car smell to drown your "down time" with huh...

So apparently the CRZ is hot enough to attract cop attention. Going home last night after our party was doing 62 in a 60 on cruise. Valentine 1 starts going off and I see the cop. Didn't bother canceling cruise or anything just kept going in the middle lane since there was a guy pretty close behind in the right. About 20 seconds after I passed him and the V1 signal started to fade it slowly starts picking up again from behind. Mr. Police office was about 20 feet behind me. Stayed at the 62 and just kept driving. After about 5 miles he starts to pass me and he's going maybe 65. When he gets on the side of me I can see he has his window rolled down and he's just staring at the car. We made eye contact and he flashed a grin then went back to driving and got ahead of me. Once we got to the 70 mph zone he punched it so I took the bait and jumped on it too in 4th and kept up pretty well and we left off around 85. So moral of the story, if a cop starts following you for no apparent reason, keep your cool and drive normal. He may just want to check out your car.

Oh I'm in love with it. I have plans to be in this car or the newer models of it for a very long time.

Sounds like a "Smokey and the Bandit" scene!
"What's your handle son?" - Bandit1
"My name is Smokey Bear and I'm tail-grabbin' your a$$ right now!" - Sheriff Bufford T. Justice
That's a 10-4 good buddy!

Took some pics by the pasture after washing her this morning.

Little bit of editing.
