Any B-Spec racers on this forum? I started my build today.

 

Not yet, but definitely curious on how to spec the car? Can you share regulations and references as you find them? The kid in Texas won SCCA b-spec in a 2017 fit last year and I'd like to start a build but may be too far modded at this point...

they only allow us a 52mm (choked us down from 68mm) restrictor plate in the C6 vette in T1 class, and they make us weigh in at 3200 lbs. 😱
they let the c5 guys have a 75mm🫤
But. It’ll be interesting to build up my fit as a b spec racer.
I toldt myself that I’d consider putting the Fitty on the track if it hit 100kmiles.
I’m at 82,000 now
Cage ordered. Bilsteins are already In the garage.
by next spring I should have all the parts gathered along w the 100k marker rolled over.
