I want to install a set of fog lights, 4.25" in the bumper, but the bumper
is enclosed at the bottom, how can I due this job myself and who has the
information on these bumpers(Plastic).

Go to the forums at http://www.elementownersclub.com/ I recall having seen
a procedure with pictures of the fog light installation.

 

Thank you ever so much, I have one more question for you, how did you get
the plastic pop-out screws out with breaking them, is there a tool that is
made to take them out or what???

 

If you go to www.handaaccessories.com and look for the Element fog lights, I
believe you will find instructions in pdf format there.
