You should call these companies and see if they can help you. I know that
they all make pistons but don't know if they have the other items that you
need:
Mahle 888-255-1942
CP 949-576-9000
Endyn 817-924-9334
JE 714-898-9763
Toda 714-327-0181
Hytech 949-581-2181

you're confused? not as confused as me! why would you want to spend a
fortune trying to re-sleeve a d15 block when you can get a whole one in
good condition from a junk yard for practically nothing? makes no
economic sense.

Stronger sleeves = more boost tolerance... As to why I want to build a
motor like this with a D15 block is just because I'm lazy :p and I already
have two D15's on hand

you want to boost a d15??? dude, sleeve strength is the least of your
problems.

what you're really trying to do is make sure the sleeves don't move
around - just replacing them won't do that. the "fix" is a block insert
or "posting". if you're serious about "boost", you need to go to a
b-series engine - aftermarket parts are available for those - not so
much with the d-series.

I can get just about as many perf parts for a D series as with a B
series, although there are a bit more for the B series I know. But
purchasing a B16A would cost me around 2k plus mounts plus ECU, etc...
And the D series is a little simpler design.

http://nippon-motors.com/honda.htm

b16a1, $695. unless you own a machine shop, you probably won't
re-sleeve a d15 for less than that.
