Thats what I did on my rear 1/4's. Hammered that inner lip flat.
I like the idea with the pipe and someone driving the car. I struggled running the pipe in between the tire and fender by hand.
Love the spray painting at the end. Heh

ooooh so thats rolling the fenders? i thought it was to roll it in, to avoid the tire scraping the edge, but hmm it does look sexy rolling it out ;] my car is not low but i still want to do it lol makes it look lower than it is ;]

No.. they can stay. You need to remove all the clips and tuck them up and over the inner fender lips though.

Normally these 1/4's are flat or straight down.
A friend of mines 240's rear 1/4's are way more pulled than this. This is a slight pull.

IDK what you mean by rain guards? You mean the fender liners?

Pulled fenders flare outward. You roll the inner fender lip, then add even more pressure on the fenders or 1/4's causing the metal to bent outward and create a curve.

Heres mine. Mine are rough, but have a pretty big pull for the Fits cheesy fenders.
I bought mine off Felix, he spent $250-300CAD getting these pulled. To be honest they look like hell for that price.

Define slam though... Since you have 17's a mild drop is fine for you.
If you want to hide tires then yes youll need to pull them.
Or just dont make U-turns. Thats what I did for a while.
If I absolutely had to I just let it rub.
