I thought about the Xa, and I would have considered the car if it had a Toyota badge, not sure what the thought is behind the Scion moniker is, I guess Toyotas are not cool if you are 18, but then there are a lot of us old farts driving them around here in the States.

I bet you are right on the Xa/Yaris 5 door comment tho. I am surprised they are not the same car actually!

You all had the previous Yaris also, I have seen a couple in Kentucky and Ohio on the interstates with Ontario tags.

We had the Echo, which was a flop, and now a US only Yaris with a trunk....Echo 2.0? The sales will tell....
