Tyler's RSX and Tacoma Thread
It went well! Did pretty good, the course was the most difficult autoX course ive ever driven, it was a good challenge though!
Yeah its loud as hell on the freeway. I like it though yeah.

God man! No drama! Smoooooth is fast! Especially with stock height!
Tyler you came a looong way from carefully inquiring about AutoX not so long ago! Very smooth on the throttle. Braking looks good! I am just not used to braking that early with featherweight CRX by comparison. You are the man!
So how is your dad taking hawing to ask for pointers?! LOL!
I am a set of dedicated rubber away from competing. CRX is finally sorted out. Racing ignition was intermittently failing I believe. Re-powdercoating OZ's can wait if it must. Sunroof will be capped, all rear glass swapped with lexan, A/C I am not willing to give up just yet, additional weight reduction can wait,....... It is just darn tires and I can't afford to sell my first born for them! LOL!
We need to form an AutoX team from all dedicated friends that will encapsulate Fits, Subbies, CRX and everything else in between. Goran will be bringing his Subbi, too. He insists that I be a primary AutoX driver in his soon to be tuned 400whp WRX stroller. His "secret" idea is that he wants me to sort out his handling once he goes all out with suspension before he starts tracking it. Ha,ha! I don't mind at all! "Early" braking is something I will have to get used too. Boy, that will provide good show for you all!
That means I will drive two cars in each event! Hell I better get that SCCA membership! This can get expensive!
Jeff, buddy, time to get that windshield replaced on your wagon! You know, Chloe will need wheels soon and I can't think of a safer AWD ride for her to practice in and AutoX is the best place. I believe all she needs is "parent's consent form" to go for it!

Thanks Ivan :)
An AutoX team would be amazing, im so down. Im looking for a set of daily rims and tires and having those 17s you see in the pics track only set. Im looking at getting some serious autoX tires on them too, once i find a daily set.
Cant wait to see what the CRX is going to do out there!
See you soon man!

Is there any one making a small lip rear spoiler for the WRX? Your car would look really nice with something like a BMW M3 CSL carbon lip on it. It defineatly needs something back there though to balance out the hood scoop up front. I'm with you on the shopping cart wing though. That and the fact that it sits right in the middle of your rear view as you drive down the road....
