Somewhat that.. but I can always turn the dampening to soft. It's just the noise factor I guess. Since megans are known for noise whenever you hit bumps and what not. I was thinking of replacing the front upper mounts also. But i figured I'll change.

so you're doing spring + strut combo? using for autox or just dd?

I hardly see subaru owners running megans. Most famous ones I see people running are, swifts, RCE, and Tanabes. Oh and maybe eibachs. If you browse Nasioc SCIC classified often, you can find good deals there.

I am a Subie lover (obviously I must be - I now own 3!) but not much a fan of poser WRX's trying to be STi's. I'm glad you've decided to tone that aspect of the car down.

As far as I'm concerned, WRX's are fantastic cars all by themselves! They don't need to pretend be anything other than the fine piece of machinery they are. Plenty of power, great handling, tons of fun, safe as houses, and far more practical as a daily driver than an STi. The WRX is the true descendant of the WRC Impreza; the STi is more of a track car than a rally car.

So man up, cut a hole in the roof for a vent, and strut that rally cred. :)

Nope the giveaway here was the brakes. STI Brembos are gold from the factory. The red, then closer inspection revealed them to not be STI Brembos which was my giveaway.

My brother has an 02 WRX Wagon :)

Would the HKS Catback be worth it? He's thinking of getting one. The problem is we aren't sure if it will fit on his Wagon.

To answer this one, yes. My brother has an 05 WRX and an 02 WRX Wagon. More or less everything is interchangeable. From car to car.

This is true. It gets more complicated with suspension parts, however.

Tis true, wagon, STI, and WRX parts vary.

Depends on how you intend to keep using the car, if you want to continue auto-x you should probably go coilovers, coilovers in my brothers car added way more stabilization than sway bars did.
