Manual Fit: lower gearing, less weight, less parasitic drivetrain loss.
The car's already slow, why make it worse?

Honda makes some of the best feeling manual gearboxes on the market right now for entry-level vehicles IMO, why miss out on that?

i pick purple...i mean manual. why? because i have one. why did i buy a manual? because if i fall asleep at the wheel hopefully after i hit a tree the engine will stall and i wouldn't have to worry about the engine still running.

You would be better off to buy MT version, when:
1. you are buying a low budget low power car
2. you are planning to rebuild the motor with kickass parts
3. you often ride in downhill setups
4. you are building a track car
5. you are 'olskool

You would be better buying off an AT when:
1. you are in an area with constant traffic jam
2. you hate driving and just want to get by
3. you don't give a damn about engine response, car handling, as long as it can reach point B
4. you are a millionaire with lots of $, want to look cool, but don't know how to drive properly... then go buy an AT supercar... Dual clutch auto tranny is like magic... (or so they say)
