Sorry, all my money has gone into the down payment and monthly payments and I haven't looke into getting any mods! I'm sure there are plenty of shops in Philly though!!

I ended up going to Car Pretty In North Philly. They did 20% all around for $210. I chose them because they use Llumar Window Film and it is computer cut.
