there are no holes on the spoiler..u need to drill it to fit so yes you can use the stock holes !

i'm pretty sure it is $350 CND which is a good deal. i think the exchange rate is about $1USD=$1.213CND, so he asking about $288 USD (exchange rate might be a little off so don't quote me on that). that is a really really good deal.
