i have been working on a completely custom turbo kit for my 08 fit sport. I have had enough of playing around with it. my loss is your gain. with the right tune and supporting mods this can boost your car to 200+++ hp.

i estimate the parts of theh kit to be as follows:
t3 manifold - $200
custom downpipe (fits stock exhaust) - $180
oil return (includes clamps and fitting for oil pan) - $30
oil feed (-3an feed line, t3 turbo adapter and oil restrictor) - $15 (you will need a adapter to tap oil at the block)
glowshift boost gauge/ AEM UEGO a/f sensor and gauge/custom gauge pod that fits in center console - $280 includes all wiring and hoses (you will need a 3 way tee to tap into vacuum line)
310cc injectors - $40
5 psi adjustable garrett wastegate w/ bracket(brand new, never used) - $90
intercooler/intercooler mount/piping/type rs BOV (all cleanly tig welded with no leaks)- $350 includes vacuum line for BOV, all hose clamps and couplers (you will need a 3 way tee to tap into vacuum line)
NGK 1 step colder spark plugs - $15
emanage ultimate w/ wiring harness, software, USB cable and base map - $480
garrett t3 ar42 turbo (needs rebuild) - $150 (diy rebuild costs $80, professional rebuild costs $200-300)

filter, clamps, hoses, bolts, wire ties, and 1500* hi-temp silicone will all be included with the sale.

total for all above items......$1900
but ill be nice and make it $1850 + shipping (OBO)

pictures can be found in the link in my signature. any questions please ask. this kit was on my car and running, so it is guaranteed to fit. requires removal of foglights and windshield washer bottle. i will include the washer bottle i modded to be able to fit in the Oem location next to the IC pipe. only needs a filler neck fitted onto it.

ive layed under my car for too many hours...most of them being small mistakes of mine that caused me to have to do double the work. but the turbo i was using has some shaft play and needs a rebuild. but i dont feel like laying under my car anymore, lol. its currently off the car and it will stay that way.

whoever buys this gets a complete turbo kit, with guages for only $1850. simply rebuild the turbo and start boosting.

 

i'll for sure buy it if its still available in june lol

this could work fine for AT right? wont be too much power? lol

 

this turbo is larger than any of the t25s that are sold with the t1r/hks kit....so it can defiantly make more power than them. as far as fitting a AT car, i dont know what the difference is, but there is plenty of room aroudn the tranny where the piping is, so i dont see why it couldnt.
