GD3 07-08 Honda Fit Rear Garnish- shaved OEM!!!

OK, for those of you that were considering I-Kona's garbage rear garnish, DONT! I bought one and it was the biggest piece of sh!t. I end up sending it back and got a refund. I bought another rear garnish from Honda for my car and had it shaved at the body shop. They removed the raised section where the H goes and removed the section for the wiper. They did a great job, and the beauty of it is, IT FITS LIKE OEM! It also plastic and not going to crack like I-Kona fiberglass POS. This cost me $160 at the body shop and $65 to Honda for the part. It is painted gloss black.
I recently bought a S2000 and am therefore focusing on buying parts for it. Im not parting my car out, but donw need this. I have not installed it yet. Just got it back form the body shop today after being there for a little over a month.
PRICE DROP!!! 150 SHIPPED!!!
Asking $200 including shipping and paypal.

Body shop did a GREAT job filling it in with plastic body filler rather then with bondo and fiberglass (that DO NOT stick to plastic). I actually did the same thing as u did but i got a used one off another member here and shaved it myself. Still deciding to paint it black or blue. =]

Install will take maybe 15 min. All you need is a small flat head screw driver, a pair of pliers, and a 10mm socket and ratchet. Remove both the clips on the bottom of the inner panel, remove the handle on the inner panel by prying the two tabs outward, and the panel pops right off. Theres one 10mm bolt the hold it on, remove it. Then depress all the clips, three i think, and its off. Pop the new one on and its over already.

Let me know if you are interested. Thank you

I removed my rear wiper on my car when I first got it, i just had a plug in the hole. This piece has had the hole filled as well as the emblem shaved.

shit, I want this, but am broke for a little. Can I send you an IOU or something lol ;/ I hate ikona's garnish. I just noticed the other night that light escapes out the sides of it from the license plate bulbs. Pisses me off.

This one fits like your OEM garnish, because it is! I hated I-Konas trash. I knew it was a mistake as soon as I took it out of the box. It looked poorly made and its fiberglass, ewww. Just wait for the crack to start. The body shop did a great job on this one. And its already painted for you. I am selling to up the funds for my new project car. I really do like the way they look. Some one get it!

Wow, I am new to Fitfreak (buying an 07 fit next month) but I have been in the scion world for the last two years, Ikona screwed a lot of people out of money on Scionlife. I was surprised to see him here. I thought he was out of business. I had his shaved garnish on my Scion TC for sometime.

Anyways bump for a great product which I am very interested in my buying for fit. Trying to resist the urge to buy parts before I have the car.
