Question, in your post of the rims, you said there's rubbing in the front bc if the tires, is it also due or the cause of the springs?
Lmk bro

Yes it is because of the rims. The car was sitting on 16's Enkei before with 205/40/16 without a problem. Now it is on 09s with factory tires and the set up is a little closer to the fender. It is only a minor rub when turning the wheel all the way.

Other rims especially the 08 stocks wouldn't be a problem. My buddy has the same springs on his VBP FIt and it actually looks nicer and it is lower.

I know this might be a stretch, but I'm willing to try if you are, but I was wondering if the older gen springs could fit on my car. And you have the exact springs I've been eyeing and hoping would help me be pretty flush

I mean, basically what I'm asking is if we can swap out like you want, but we'd have to see if it actually works out ya know? and I'm super local, Miramar son

Do you got anyone to do the work?

I have done suspension swap numerous times and it's pretty basic. As far as going to the GE, I think you should do some research first. LMK

I do know a handful of members (but dont remember their names :P) that have done it. I just dont know how it will sit. Wanna meet up and see if it works out? and if it does then I can help you out.

I can help too with the swap so it wont be much a problem for you

Fit

^^Thanks for the offer but I rather swap the complete spring and shock assembly to somebody with a GD3. I am getting impatient trying to sell the car so I am thinking about taking it to CARMAX.I hate to make that move but the car is just parked right now and just want to get rid of it.

Thanks but I still have my stock springs. I am looking to trade the whole assembly so the swap will be easier.
