-custom made steering wheel Ipod control.

-Built in charger.

-only adjust Volume from OEM stereo (This is a good thing. No adjusting and re-adjusting volume from Ipod)

-Buttons - skip forward, skip back, shuffle toggle, play/pause

-easy install, no cutting wires or parts of your car.

-silver OEM shroud included.

-just plug in Ipod and you are ready to go.

-works with ipod nano 4th gen, ipod 5th gen, iphone, iphone 3g, iphone 3gS

It does not. It only controls the ipod.

So would the buyer just need to remove their silver shroud and trade plus 40 bucks? How does one remove the silver shroud and lastly where do you run the wire from the control unit to the where it plugs in near the cup holders?

yup $40 with local trade of the silver shroud.

$55 shipped

to remove shroud
Unscrew airbag, unscrew silver shroud. They're philips screw.

The buttons are wireless.
