No the filter is from Autozone and the plastic is from the stock intake box on the fit

 

how old is it and how much was it used? it looks as if it will not fit on my 2010

That's not an exhaust it's for the intake for the mass air flow sensor

 

my bad i know its not a exhaust but the my sensor is bigger than that by 2x

 

This will only work on the 09 and up ge8 fit

as far as all the questions, the idea for this intake is from lyon, it's in the 2nd gen section. the rectangle is for the MAF sensor so you don't get any CEL.
