Clutches are rated by torque.

Rotrex Fit making 200whp @ 6k rpm is only making 175 wtq

Small turbo Fit making that 200whp @ 5k is churning out 210 wtq

Based on what I told my mech/tuner I was aiming for they recommended I get a new clutch. However I don't see much when I google. I see some exedy claiming stages but idk what they are rated for in wtq. I guess since I'm going turbocharging I would like to know about a clutch able to manage about 250wtq I guess. Quick question, do I need to go internals for 200whp?

Stock clutch is perfectly fine for only 185whp.. unless you get some serious tires and an LSD, with intent to drag race or launch constantly. There are more than a few making that much on a stock clutch. The trick is to not side step it frequently. Spec has a few options you can look into though.

I despise the phrase t3/t4.. what are the actual wheel and housing specs?

I'd put money down on it being a mismatched dinosaur T04 garrett compressor designed in the 1970s with a "stage III 76 trim" turbine wheel in a t31 housing or worse.. jammed into a tiny housing to give it some semblance of response at the sacrifice of everything else.

What DSM said. I run a SPEC clutch stage 3+, but you can get a lower/higher stage if you like. I like it because it feels close to stock.

Current HP 150whp/160tq

I was incorrect.. its actually a gt25 .42 compressor and .49 turbine..

I am seriously now doubting my mech.

.49? That sounds like a Nissan or 2nd gen DSM T25.. not a GT25.

Old school journal bearing model. Wonder if its a TD05H inlet flange or Garrett T25 inlet from a Nissan?

Clutch is not a bad idea, just not necessary unless you drive like a lunatic and stop light race often. At least in my opinion.
