I talked to him today and he is working on unlocking it but no longer has the car. I told him if he gets it unlocked I'll take it. Planned on getting some new wheels this wekend but cant pass this up.

yup and sold it to someone on here. for at least 200 more than this i think. like was said multiple times in this thread... this is a STEAL if OP can get it unlocked.
