2015 Honda Fit EX 6 SPEED Manual.
39,500 miles
Asking 13.5k on the forum. Auto trader link at end of post.
I bought it for my commute to college, and have now graduated. The choice to buy the Fit was also due to its utility in such a small package, however, I did many modifications to increase its utility, especially for surfing and skiing. You will probably not find another fit with so many useful add-ons. There is one spot with chipped paint (I have some touch up paint), and a scratch on the door trim (see photos). I spent a lot of time making sure the amplifier and wires were all out of the way during the audio install. I uploaded photos of the amplifier with and without the weathertech floor liners hiding it.
My hope is to get 13.5k due to all the upgrades, although some of them I consider a wash. I'll consider a best offer, but if you're the first person interested, I may be more firm. I need to gauge the interest, and I know this vehicle will be more suited for some people than others with its upgrades.
Upgrades and modifications:
-Whispbar (also made by Yakima called "railbars") Cross bars were professionally installed by rack n road, and are the whispbar model. $750
-280 watt amplifier and polk audio speakers. Coaxial in rear and Component speakers in the front (6 speaker). Head unit remains stock $400 --Just a side note, this upgrade sounds awesome... Ill show you when looking at the car.
-Weathertech floor mats all round, including cargo area (i have the carpeted floor mats somewhere). $300
-Tint all round including visor tint from tint pros in Huntington Beach. $380
-Wheel spacers on rear wheels to make it flush as the front (see pics)
-K&N rechargeable Air intake and in-cabin filters (you will need to supply recharging kits)
-I had an aux connection hard wired into the antenna, which gives okay sound quality. Best used for audiobooks. $100
-I installed a rear dome light which was made for a Hyundai to keep a stock look, which probably no other fit has. It works proper with the OFF, DOOR and ON positions. $50
-I also wired in always hot usb and dc connections in the cargo area to keep things charging if need be. $20
-The wheels are powder coated 60% gloss, which matches the rest of the black really well on the car. $250
-tires are still fairly new, with about 5k on them. Falken Ziex 950 a/s.
-I also added some anchoring points to the cargo area on one side, which you may or may not like, but they're very useful for securing cargo. Of course, the bungees in the photo are optional, but they kept my stuff from flying around the car.
-ALL oil changes have been fully synthetic and done when the car told me to, which was probably more often than needed because i used synthetic. Tires also always got a rotation during this time.
