I have problem after changing coil Plug & spark plug, I'm check on obd Scan, STFT & LTFT engine running rich, but o2 sensor determine my engine running lean, MAP, IAT, Coolant Sensor, TPS, vacuum leak is checked and in good condition, I suspect o2 sensor is bad/clogged because only show 0.1volt


Short term fuel trim bank 1 , long term fuel trim bank 1, long term fuel trim bank 2, intake tempreture,



O2 bank 1 sensor 1 show 0.1 v even intake is open

 

Did you use Honda parts from reputable source?
If so, check the new spark plugs for proper gaps and proper tightening.
Denso plugs have "hard to crush" sealing washer; semi-tightened plug may leak and cause misfires

 

Im using 4 new hitachi coil, im disconnect all 4 coil connector when engine is idle, i feel a reduction in engine rpm, it happen after changing a coil
