"X Coil Lowering Springs" from Zeal For Honda Fit!
"X Coil Lowering Springs" from Zeal For Honda Fit!
Hey guys,
Tuan again, here again to show you guys more lowering springs for the Honda Fit!!!
Check it out:
All ZEAL coilover systems currently use X-Coils. It seems that most Japanese, race-bred companies use linear springs produced from a cold-wound process. The X-Coil uses only a cold-wound process. What sets the X-Coil apart is that the shape of the wire is jelly-bean or egg like. It’s difficult to tell from this photo, but it’s not perfectly round and is a bit wider and fatter than others. The shape of the X-Coil wire helps maintain stability and decreases the chance of unwanted tendencies during coil bind and recovers without creating an abnormal spring shape after experiencing coil bind. You can sort of imagine how a wider, fatter wire maintains better than a perfectly round wire after coil bind. This shape as well its special material blend aids in maintaining a longer life. The X-Coils special blend of materials helps to create a very linear spring that reaches its intended spring rate quickly, accurately and smoothly. It’s vacuum-like feel helps to absorb impact from road imperfections without any unwanted harshness while maintaining a certain softness. Much of the quality of the ZEAL coilover system is due in large to the quality of the X-Coil spring.
Stats:
Lowering
25mm Front / 30mm Rear
Spring Rates
Wont release to the public (werid?)

PM me for Pricing (there instock ready for shipping)
MSRP 330.00 I'll be hooking you guys up let me know!
Thanks for droppin by!

"25mm Front / 30mm Rear"
Is that drop correct?
The rear will be lower then the front, most springs are the other way around...
We really need to know the spring rate, I'm looking for something softer then Swift, and a small drop!

Sorry for the lack of info, but thats all they gave me

The reason they wont release spring rates. Because that use the same Spring rate, on the One-Make Race cars in Japan. The spring rates are the same as for Race, and Street. So they are the same, so they wont Release Spring Rates to the consumer.
Hope this gives your a better feel about these springs.

Zeals are always worth the premium. I'm running the Type-C coilovers on my 350Z and love them to death. Just don't ask how much they cost.
I plan to run these springs on the Fit after I get my clutch for my Z so it'll be a while before I get pics of them installed. Tuan, are there any other pics you have of the silver Fit when it's just sitting instead of cornering pictures?
