well, spotted a black fit, black OEM tails, red badge, 08 fit, with bug deflector(name?), konig silver rims, and exhaust, parked at a handicap spot at the kirklands beach cafe parking garage. not lowered tho, hmmm i wonder!!

hopefully sometime in summer i can make it out to some of the meets, but the suck part is that i get off work at 4pm the earliest on saturday. do you guys wanna do a kirkland meet at the restaurant i am working at? it's now in kirkland, right by the water, when it's nice out, lake washington blvd looks like a good spot for car meet!

welcome aboard snuggy!

yea i am still around, just no time go online check the forums, pretty much after work is home cooking for the family and spend time with them. plus nice days are coming, so many family plans are planned, but i am still around.

btw, what/which engine oil do you guys use? how about oil filters? oem? fram? use full synthect or just regular? would full synthect too good for our engine? i just need to find a cheaper way to change my car's oil witout going to auto shops to change oil. i dont trust ppl out there these days.

oy, i need to do an oil-change too. I know Honda's OEM filters are built by Fram. I'm doing some research on what filters to get.

aye. i don't trust most oil shops due to using less oil so you return faster.

as far as diy if you don't want to spend the money on royal purple (which i think is the best ive ever used) try castrol gtx. its actually not a half bad product for a decent price.

i just use the auto zone fram. filter. nothing special but its cheap and had no problems with it.

thanks for the intro big kidd.

well, i changed my oil, purchased fram at the end, figured its cheaper, and i didnt hear any bad things about them, i am not racing hardcore, so cheap filters and normal mobile 1 5-20 is fine, i am not using synthect anymore, it might harm my engine than do good to it. i read an article somewhere here awhile back about using synthect or not on our engine, so i am cautious now, and i dont change it for every 5k miles, save some money,

i just lowered the front 1/4 of inch, still looks like it never lowered, so i guess i will lower a bit more in a month or two. as long as i am not slammed, i dont think i'll need a camber kit.

snuggy, what kinda paint is that? to paint rims or what? post up pics please!

heh, 2 of my 3 cars have enkei rims on them.

kidd, the rule of thumb is after 1.5-2" you will need a camber kit. I do believe this goes both lowering and raising.

Anybody with a GE want an Ultra Racing rear sway bar? I'm about to take it off soon and don't need it laying around.

If you remember J L, he's out enjoying his J's set up. He asked when I went to the Mt. St. Helens meet if you were coming.
