Whether was nice today
Best day of work ever
A good friend of mine (who is also into cars) works at wal-mart with me, I was the greeter for the garden center and he was the cashier for the garden center
Very few customers, we just stood around and chilled for the entire time

My viewpoint is:
-Always something to do
-Listen to my iPod
-No managers around
-Outside
-Get to wear shorts

I cashiered at Lowe's and since I was one of the only male cashiers, they made me push in carts when the cart boy wasn't there. I hated it so much.

In receiving the work was at least somewhat interesting because we had to quickly unload the truck and stack the products on their designated pallets neatly so they will be stable when they go out; which was essentially like playing a 3D version of Tetris. And bringing the stuff out was a work out, especially the 1 ton pallets of mulch and potting soil which had to go clear across the store.

That is a good way to look at the perks of it. However, I didn't care for it because it felt very tedious and repetative to round up the buggys after lunch. Plus, the night air and a full stomach didn't help much. LOL

Oh yeah, that job definitely had its fun moments. Like cracking jokes about the merchandise, rocking out to the radio, and just having a good time with the coworkers.
