Sometimes it's not that easy. I still have my 89 civic but that shit is always breakin down. That's the reason why I got a fit but now I'm selling it. It's pretty stock and I don't even want to tell you the parts list from last year

I put a 90 d16a6 in. Perfect motor for the civic/crx. That motor stock beat dc2's with bolt ons and my friends da with bolt ons.

Just got back from a small town car show and crawfish boil--about 50 cars.

Anyways, it just goes to show how a) Domestic car builders aren't detail oriented and b) we need more imports in these small towns.

As soon as I get to work on Wednesday, I will go talk to a fellow faculty member that I know works with the group that puts on the show...I am hoping I can talk them into having an import category for next year. And maybe my car will have enough going on by then to enter.

domestic guys are crazy detail oriented! without them doing this:

we wouldn't have stuff like this:

They were the first ones to tuck and shave engine bays.

I <3 old domestics

Ok well, how about this...these small town guys were not detail oriented.

I mean, it was like laughable.

And the only import was a late 90s Miata with an intake, pepboys exhaust tips, and generic "racing" seats...Wow, so hot...NOT!
