So currently what is the wait time on receiving one of these dead pedals.

placed my order on the 16th and still haven't gotten any confirmation on shipping date.

 

Will this dead pedal work with floor mats? Does it go on top of the mat? If so, how difficult is it to get the mat out for cleaning and back in again?

Comments from both Zeta Products and others who have installed it would be appreciated.

 

The pedal does not go all the way to the floor. The floor mats can be removed with no problem.

Yeah, how much force can this dead pedal (and the mounting points) take? It might be subjected to higher than normal forces during an autox, for example. Has anyone tried really pushing down on this thing? It would suck if something got bent.

 

This is by far the hottest product we have ever had!

The last BIG hit was our Scion armrest. But this dead pedal blows it away! I just quoted freight to a guy in Belgium! Shipped a buch to Canada too!

You have to realize that we are the only source for this in the WORLD!!!

I am 200 pounds and I "Stood" on it without give. There is a brace obn the back of the pad that rests on the floor/firewall.

I called Zeta last week to inquire about the dead pedal and was told that they were out of stock and on back-order. Since I was alone at work I had to put the call on hold several times and finally only gave them my name, # and that I was in Puerto Rico.

When I called today I found out that they not only had called me to tell me that the product was in stock but also set one aside for me! That's what I call great customer service.
