Offset 10mm box wrench for easier loosening, gunsmithing (hollow ground) flat head driver, not really necessary but does fit nice!

Showing where arm goes to get the.. 18mm, or was it 19?
At any rate, combo wrench. Had to use the open end too, and flip it in order to get clearance. The wrench will need to be leaned towards passenger side (you) to clear the riff-raff.

Shop towels to keep dirt outta the intake manifold, and see!! TB is still on, plenum is removed, plenty clearance for cylinder head cover to come off

Squeaky clean on the back of the butterfly. Thanks to my T-Rev knock-off that I promoted but never backed up with vac pressure evidence (I will one day!)

Those circular bearings have fairly long channels to move in. Densely packed with a moderately liquidy grease, the shaft's in out motion should be restrained by the boot that covers the joint (same on both inboard and outboard sides I believe, but just one side gives like 2+ inches of play)
Should feel kinda like using a plunger on a toilet when you pull on it, air tight seals sucking it back into place.

Can get em at big box stores in a size or two. I typically use a smaller one than shown, but it was up on the top shelf, full of fluid.
Lower profile than a bucket. Can slide em under and slide them out easy and there's very little mess if any

This image shows the only component (there is another on the back portion of the motor's shaft) that resembles and is in position of where a bearing should be. I suspect you're right, Fiting, in saying that the metal was made infused with lubricant based on my findings

I think this is 5/8" fuel line (which i had lying around)
Used for a similar purpose: avoiding marring the machined surface of the shaft belonging to the electric motor in the image.

and THIS marvel of engineering (fuel line + pliers) is how i pulled the guts out of the motor by means of its shaft! Yeah! Not a freaking scratch on the perfectly machined thing.

Here you see the guts! and as a little tip of the hat to myself, how I kept the washers and spacers that preceded the fan on the axel/shaft of the motor organized! Maybe this trick will help someone! Th.. They're on the screwdriver.

Here is the blower again, removed from its housing, stripped of its fancy metal face plate, and with its guts laid upon the floor (I really should have taken an intermediate picture, may update with that tomorrow. maybe not, no one cares!)
Here you can see the front "bearing" if it can so be called. I popped it out of its little fitted cavity. No apparent lubrication, or if there was any, it was negligible enough for me to write it off as imaginary!

Toolbox that I definitely should have designed with solid 5ply sides and a full back panel (and the soft close drawer slides. Those springs would have kept me from needing to put a strap around the drawers). Was trying to use scrap n save wood for the ramp.

The upper clutch is the exedy I put in. I dont have a youtube, so cant upload the video. But my old clutch's springs shook in their holes. Wouldnt surprise me if I let it go farther, if one popped out at least partly.
